How it Works

Sentry 500 Intruder Spray Systems contain a Molecular Taggent spray which is activated by a sensor. Typically they are installed near vulnerable places such as high security areas, doors, and windows. In the event of a break in, the sensors are triggered, and the Sentry 500 box spray is ready. When the intruder passes under the Sentry box it detects motion and sprays them with a unique Molecular Taggent.

The red dye in the spray helps police to identify a suspect fleeing the crime scene quickly and easily. Whilst it can be washed off after a few days, Molecular Taggent underneath is indelible. It remains on the skin and clothing of the suspect but visible only under UV light.

Using a UV torch police can scan the suspect and link them to the crime scene. A few swabs of the Molecular Taggent at the police station, are enough to link the criminal to the crime scene, and to provide evidence to secure a conviction.

The Sentry 500 Intruder Spray System can be installed either as a visible device or as a covert one. The visible system features Sentry 500 boxes in bright red which act as a deterrent for criminals. The covert version uses hidden sensors designed to detect repeat offenders.

Sentry 500 Intruder Spray System works effectively as a standalone device, but can also be integrated into a larger security system for maximum deterrence and detection.

Installation

Sentry 500 Intruder Spray System can be installed as standalone security devices, or as part of an integrated security system. In the latter case, this can be either an existing security system or a new one.
