RedWeb's Molecular Taggent contains an indelible red UV dye which can only be seen under UV light. It is this which contains the encrypted Molecular Taggent bead. Once the Molecular Taggent trace has been swabbed and tested, the unique tag means that it can be linked back to the crime scene. RedWeb's Molecular Taggent .

RedWeb Technologies have worked with the CPS, police, and forensic specialists to ensure that RedWeb's Molecular Taggent provides irrefutable evidence linking the criminal to the crime scene. RedWeb uses an independent forensic laboratory to both manufacture and analyse its Forensic Taggent codes. The laboratory is the only UKAS approved facility providing Forensic Taggent technology analysis to the Laboratory Standard, BS 17025.

To date we have secured many hundreds of detections solely on the evidence of our molecular taggent based technology.

New molecular taggent beads RedWeb's New Molecular Taggent Technology offers significant police and forensic benefits:

Under analysis 1 x 50 micron taggent bead retrieved from police evidence will reveal its unique code. Other forensic taggents require a up to 1.0cm square sprayed or marked sample to produce a forensic result. In affect, RedWeb's new Molecular Taggent Technology is 500 times more effective than existing taggent technology.
The Molecular Taggent beads have an additional UV element embedded within the Biological makeup of the taggent bead – This means that wherever there is a microscopic bead there will be a unique identifier.
RedWeb's Molecular Taggent Technology is more resistant to external factors such as UV (sunlight) than DNA and other existing forensic taggents.
