FIRM CELEBRATES INTERNATIONAL DEAL FOR CRIMEBUSTING FORENSIC TAGGING TECHNOLOGY

FORENSIC TAGGING specialist RedWeb Technologies Ltd is celebrating a fantastic deal which takes its innovative technology to a much wider World market. Forensic Security Solutions Asia Pacific (FSSAP Pty Ltd) has been appointed distributor for RedWeb’s Forensic Tagging and GPS Tracking products, in Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia.

It’s an exciting move for both companies – and creates a strong working partnership, which really has its finger on the pulse when it comes to staying ahead of the game and delivering slick solutions to thwart criminals.

Chris Smith, RedWeb Technologies Group Sales Director, is delighted to be working with FSSAP Pty Ltd:

“FSSAP Pty’s many years of experience, relationships and knowledge in the Asia-Pacific security industry will provide a great platform to launch our next generation in forensic tagging products,” he said.

FSSAP Pty Ltd is equally excited about the signing of the exclusive distribution agreement with RedWeb.

Jon Andreasson, Justice of the Peace and Certified Protection Professional said: “Our key personnel have over 30 years’ regional experience and have developed deep understandings and strong business ties throughout the Asia Pacific region.

“FSSAP Pty Ltd will begin a programme of aggressive expansion across Australia, New Zealand, and every corner of our distribution territory. Our region will benefit from a truly 21st Century solution to crime prevention, utilising RedWeb Technologies’ unique combination of the industry’s leading range of indelible trace taggents and delivery methodologies, married with its superior track and trace technologies.” Mr Andreasson added.

Mr Smith stated that the Staffordshire company’s Advanced Molecular Taggent Technology (AMTT) is hot news in the field of forensic tagging.

“Each batch contains a unique encrypted Molecular Taggent. Once bought, each batch is registered to an individual user and location. Our product also contains a red dye, which remains on the skin and clothing for several days, and an indelible UV dye, which can only be seen under UV light,” said Mr Smith.

It is this dye that contains the encrypted Molecular Taggent bead. Once the taggent trace has been swabbed and tested, its unique tag means that it can be linked back to a crime scene.

RedWeb Technologies offers a variety of GPS tracking devices – from tiny tracking units to ones disguised as everyday objects, including belts, laptops and Sat-nav units. Customers also have a choice when it comes to tracing their GPS tracker.
