The banking ATM sector has been under significant attack across the UK. Criminals have been attacking both wall mounted and freestanding ATM's with everything from crowbars to JCB's to access the safes held within. RedWeb Technologies have been working with the banks to develop a RedWeb Spray Solution which is activated once the ATM is attacked in key areas where the cash is held.
The system developed was a demountable unit easily and quickly deployed into targeted ATM's.
''Criminals will always find the path of least resistance to their attack.
The RedWeb system provides an effective deterrent to ATM crime which means the criminals will move away to easier targets ensuring the bank can continue to offer banking services to its customers in an ever competitive market place.''
Security spokesman; Royal Bank of Scotland
How RedWeb can be deployed to protect ATM's
Tampering or movement can trigger deployment of RedWeb spray.
Unauthorised or authorised detection can be identified using the ATM existing Tamper cicuits. This eliminating any false activations.
Covert Mini Camera installed within the machine for local or remote recording.
RedWeb units can be installed above false ceiling for activation if ATM's are moved.
